I do believe they'll be rather similar or probably same.
Most important rule of all are the common sense.

As for beta, yes i do believe admins mentioned that there will be wipe after beta.

All is left is English website for 5x atleast identical as 30x so you can start advertising new server in English tops and we'd have plenty of ppl running around @ start :S

Yes, it's u. Server network was and still is russian. Right now only 1 of the servers is english and we will get 1 more, the new 5x. Although i bet 75%, if not more, of the players are not russian this is still a ru server network. Say thnx that they at least make a translation

Perhaps.
However the main site of the server is www.rpg-club.org (Which is complete in Russian)
On the main site there is Language change buttons, but they don't seem to work as they should. The English one is only translating (rpg-club.net) to English via online translator.

Yes, the forumen.rpg-club.net/ or www.rpg-club.org is the x30 server, the English one.

What I'm guessing now, admins are remaking or just translating the main site www.rpg-club.org to an either an English, and they'll probably just make default language as English(Since majority of players are English) and just add an language button where you can see clearly (not like now).

Main page of rpg is https://www.rpg-club.org/?p=events  and it's in russian, they are working so u can change language on English also. And because, they have still some only Russian servers, useless for them let just english.
