Really stupid question

Those who play supports (bishop in my case), can we put costum files onto l2 for example showing nobless as debuff?
That kind of things?
I also got very nice unique interface made by me, that i really love to use, can i use it?
Or i am going to break rules doing so? Cause if thats the case i wont do it at all..
All so system msg- on screen? Possible, no?

Modified systemmsg is not bannable on rpg-club. The nobless debuff as well.
