Need a help from gm

Hello today somebody took items from my spoiler.
it was like 20 minutes ago from this ip - 83.28.127.105
the items was worth like 30-40kk (some b grade) but if gm/admin can trace back this ip pls do it.
Wana know who did it.

i checked and i have another problem... it appears that my email for this account was hacked ( i cant log in )
