and how the fuck can u compare l2 tales with retail

l2 tales is fucking custom server they make everything how they want
fear with +cost doesn't increase skill time there
Cancellation skill cancels 1-3 buffs
subclass max level is 85

does this means it's correct? just because they have fake x3 15 000 online ?

THERE IS NO REAL INFO ABOUT skill chances right ?

here was playing many official server players DeFF for example
and no one was complaining about dual blow or any skill

Lethal means instant kill it should land very bad

bro iam playing h5 4 years ... Not only one server

check all forums etc.. official forum says 11% to full lethal with all buffs (all vital points)

and i think 10% base chance is chance to get half kill and 5% is chance for full lethal becuase i mean from skill description of l2 wiki
