Talk with Virgil in Town of Rune he is at the balcony of the Rune Temple at the second floor.

When you will talk with Virgil will send you to talk with Kassandra.

Now Kassandra will send you to speak with Ogmar.

Ogmar will send you in Devil's Pass to talk  with Mysterious Dark Knight.

When you are near Mysterious Dark Knight you will see there are 4 Angel Corpse,after you will speak with him you must to talk with each Angel Corpse to find the text"A long,blonde hair was found.Could it be from a blonde woman?"

When you will speak with all angel corpse talk again with Mysterious Dark Knight and he will send you in the right of Ivory Tower at the Witch Kalis.

After you speak with Witch Kalis,she will send you in the left of Ivory Tower at the Alchemist Matild.

After you speak with Alchemist Matild she will send you back to Witch Kalis and she will send you in Valley of Saints in a cave there you will find Quest Monster Restrainer of Glory.

When you will kill 1 Restrainer of Glory you will take 1 Orb of Binding,when you will have 4 go in the back of the cave.

In the back of the cave you will find the Fallen Unicorn and 4 Cornerstone of Restraining.

First you must to "Insert the Orb of Binding into the hole" in each Cornerstone of Restraining, and then you must to talk with the Fallen Unicorn.

After you will talk with the Fallen Unicorn you will see the Pure withe Unicorn will raise and you must to talk with him and he will send you at Kassandra.

Kassandra will give you the Carandine's Letter and some experience.

Now you can start the Possesor of a Precious Soul-3 if you have level 65 or above.
