how mach enchant rate weapon ?

enchant rates and chance are same as on retail when they were using PTS files.. and 90 % of the weapons u can see around overenchanted, its C grade weapons which cost 3kk and the EWC like 200k if u make buy shop.
Tho there is a lucky glad with +16 dual kesh. it will not be so useful soon but at least he got there a real good looking weapon xD
