L2 crit help pls

Hello,
Im trying to fix my problem with l2 when i turn it on ( by updater , also tryed by l2.exe) here is opened white window like normal l2 but its criticaly crited after few secounds im giving you screen here maybe some1 can help me.
I have windows 8.1, tryed reinstal l2, choise another compability, full check , delete option, delete full system, instal frame work. tryed another option.ini , run like administrator , please some1 know what to do please ? thnx

Make sure u have original client from rpg website, if u do and problem still exist, u need to contact support.
