Account stolen

Hello,
someone hacked my email and stole my account via change email. I get my mail back from helpdesk of  mail provider.
I had strong password there, used ip filter on account (but hacker dropped filter through mail and changed pass). At loging figure only ips what was on ip filter before hacker drop him. I have ticket but still waiting for reply from staff. If you can check it preferentially, i will be very grateful. Is realy hard for me to watch how someone play for my char at olympiad and i can do nothing with that.

if he hacked ur email he can probably hack you again so its pointless really

If ip filter couldn't be reset via forgot pass, i could have still my account.

6 days left and still no reply in my ticket. Maybe hacker could use brute force, email on centrum.cz doesn't have protect against.

my friend got answered after 2 weeks

When game logs examination is needed, support reply time may attain up to 2 weeks: it depends on appeal's priority (impact on game balance, value of stolen items etc.)

also u should know that not just you got scammed, they have more tickets with same situation just wait
