any gm admin pls help

i was farming at iop and suddenly... exit game in 30 secs.... in such a little time i couldnt escape from agro mobs,, and more important when i made room in inventory for my fenrir items..... i unsummon him... i get dc... then i log in and i lost everything from my pet..... fang, armor, pendant even pet food... ty for charging me 165kk from nowhere server.... could any gm admin contact me pls???

Not a good idea to unsummon the pet with such a short notice imo... i believe if you dont unsummon it nothing happens to the gear.

1st) if i have space in my inv i can unsummon normaly...
2nd) i dont know what u mean by "ticket"...

sometimes item dont appear in inventory when u pick up em.

I've had this happen where I see the yellow message and it doesn't show up in my inventory. But usually after some time it will appear.

they appear after restart. 165kk is not that much and can be replaced pretty easy if you farm a little. it's "comprende" and imo submit a support ticket and hope they are in a good mood and help you. but don't get your hopes up. friendly advice.

p.s. you should go out for a while and get some fresh air .. getting so worked up over a game is not good for you.
