PvP and PK tags, x5 quest hint

About tags

since i am recieving a lot of questions about these, here's some info about them from russian forums:

tags are awarded for PvP and PK kills on the following conditions:

1. participating characters' level must be 55 and more
2. killed character's level must not be lower than yourLevel-10
3. killing the same person more than 1 time in 5 minutes doesnt count
4. a kill must be "real" (showed in stats on the site, some way to deal with those who exploit this system)

tags calculated once in about half an hour and can be aquired by summoning a pet.
beware that if your inventory is full - tags will drop on the ground.

About x5 quests and "The finest ingredients" in particular.

i also get lots of PMs about this quest being "buggy", so to clear the things out:
x5 quest rate does introduce some minor bugs (as it was said on the forums) so you should always wait for flashing "quest advance" icon in the lower left corner. even if you got all the needed items already.
just kill 1 or 2 more quest mobs until the icon pops up and you should be fine.
