Quest Bug Delete

Hi.
Have problem.
first my english very bad.
Ok start:
today (2011-01-25 Time:16:40(4:40pm -/+))
i start Quest for subclass
i first kill cabrio(13(1pm))
next kill kernon 15+(3pm)
and teleport to toi 11 for wait golkonda.
i sit for toi11 and relog for 10sec to next char look lord hallate
when i log  to my main i see my quest delete
( to my main nobody have password)

I wait for replay...:>

nice but after cabrio u go to give back quest and take new one ?
