You have to feed the gate NPC (Gallate?) in Heine with both colored crystals from IoP instances and crystals collected from the lake in IoP (cant remember its name, drops from boxes ... you know what I mean, you needed them already). Feed A LOT

Its Bailor...not Beleth, and when u finish the quest with padme, u have to feed the gate to HB (at Galate NPC in Heine) with remaining crystals (all 3 colors+pure crystals from hunting under parnasus in water).

i mean its called crystal fragments like iblis said...well depends how many colored crystals u put into gate already can be up to 1000 crystal fragments...

Ok. Let's think I've got 3 colored crystals. -1 to Bailor. So I have 2 colored crystals.
We need 1k crystal fragments?

Considering you have 18 crystals ((3-1)*9) you will need a bit more than 1k, if my guess is correct

When Bailor become invincible, what tactic u used?
All of 9 party members used Claw? Mb only few?

You can form a party of two people (others leave) and use the claw (just make sure you unsummon pets, because they count as partymembers too) or all nine people can use that. Or smack it with cancelsticks

Need some info about tears.When we got to tears we killed its 'clones' and in the end ofc only 1 true tears left it had low HP and used invincibility skill or w/e you call it.We used dragon scales or claws(cant remember which one is it atm) all 9ppl at the same time and it didn't work.Maybe there is minimum lvl for example 80 needed to tears 'UD' removing or maybe we need to use those items in intervals for example every 2seconds?Couldn't find info on the net about what we did wrong so maybe ETC folks know.

You only have 3 seconds window in which you must use them (in other words, there is maximum 3 seconds time between first and last use of the item). Plus, you need to unsummon your pets. Plus, sometimes it just doesn't work. Deal with it and try again You can also try the "two people in party" trick. Or cancelstick.

we used the 2 party, after we had heroes we were doing tears with cancel sticks, once i think even with the full party

yes u enter the instanc as a 9man party and at tears or  bailor when its invisible 2 members with scales leave and make an own party of 2 members and use the QI at once.
