i just want to get it straight, is the server comin up like within 2 hours like this says

Or will it be up in 2-3 days like this says

First topic is about down server - and it shoul be up 15 GMT+3

Second topic and this 2 - 3 days to fix is about lags problem  -> it's not that for this 3 days server will be down.

Witch such downtimes it's quite normal that it can be longer for  hour or two... I don't know why you are so suprised.
