Email Change Option-GM Answer please.

Hello I have question.
1.I've got 79 GH from my friend for free,but when I want change email I need 445 RUR.
Normal amount required is 260 coins,so why on his account I need 445 RUR to change email?

2.Option:Change Char Account
I can move character to other account?
Does it automatically follows or I need wait for full restart server>?

Those prices depends on numbers on char on account, chars level, equipement and so on. It may vary even up to 1000 RUR (or more) in some extreme situations.

So why on my own account Change Email options is 260 RUR. (79 Mystic muse same lvl like this GH)?
GH 79-is naked (b grade shits)=445 RUR for email change.
MM-79-am+150,dc robe ,tts set,a sigil,+4kkk in wh=260 RUR.
I always thought that price for change email is always the same.

Hard to say since none knows who exactly is it calculated. In my cases it cost 555 RURs for example.
