Maybe try to change in performance option that paging file
Right click my computer ->properties ->  advanced -> performance -> advanced

i changed it but nothing happened
that freakin patch -.-
i changed some dll files and its not lagging
but i cant entez becoz some ssl protocol or wtf
officially retarded
