Masterwork Gram bugged

Hi, i put the Masterwork to my Gram, that says "Critical rate increases" and i have the same critical rate with/without weapon

here i post screenshot with Gram weapon and Infernal Master weapon:

the description is wrong. It increases critical POWER.

Gram – S 304/132 – SC 13 – PVP

    * Haste – Increases Atk. Spd. by about 7%.
      Focus – Increases Critical Attack by 84.
      Health – Increases Max HP by 25%.
    * Rare: Lightning

Lightning – increases critical damage
