Chat Ban

Hello there!
I am new player in the server and i get chat ban i think WTS wolf reason... But i didnt know that no 1 telled me to not sell wolf in ! chat.... And i get 600min chat ban... Please release me i will not selling more items there...-.-"
My opinion is 600min to much...
