Well, S-Grade farming was easy in C5 with Destros in FOG or 4 Seplucher and A-Grade Quests were 5x, but it's still easy to gear up (even with 1x Rates). You just need a good organized Clan and it's easy, just the fact RB Full Drop farming was easy as fuck in C4 with 100% Aggro and Mages for raiding.

The server itself was x5 , but quest was x1 as was the drop rate too
