Will Quest reset?

I am soon to change my sub to my main but i am not nobles yet.  I am at the part where i need last hit on barak.

Once class changed will the nobles quest remain at this stage or reset?

if im not mistaken there is 2 or 3 different style of end raids.  1 is more of a tank version with higher P.def.

Not sure if its due to the way the previous rooms are killed or if the boss i accutly different but it is the same on retail.
