1. Date and time (GMT+3) of the incident: 26.8.2013   13:00-15:00
2. Game location where it happened: Near Ivory Tower by the Witch kalis
3. Chars involved: Dandylion, LemonadeJoe, MariahCarey, MickJagger, Jeremias
4. What the error/bug consists in: Unable to continue with quest Proof of clan aliance for clan lvl 4 after collecting all ingredients for antidote. NPC is saying that there is no quest.
5. Reference to a competent source, where it's written hat this situation is a bug and not a part of the authentic game process: there are many clans above lvl4, so it worked in past
6. Your purpose in writing to support: Unable to finish quest for clan lvl 4, therefore unable to raise clan lvl.

i had l2.ini in exceptions, after i removed exceptions it worked

i used updater and still i got stuck on "currently logging in" message, cant pass to server select

impossible to pass thru login screen to server list

And the new rules:
1. Soul/spirit shots, crystals, scrolls and potions may be sold/purchased only in Dion.
very bad idea, this should be sell-able in every town because it is most common resource that ppl are shopping for

2. Resources, key materials, recipes and AA/seal stones sell/purchase only in Oren.
make it giran and full/common items only sell-able in aden

4. Everything may be sold/purchased at MDT <- universal trade spot.
very bad idea, mdt will have 500-600 traders on 1 spot

5. For trading in inappropriate places, chars will be moved out of towns or kicked out of game.

as a magician u have penalty for not using robes, aka using light or heavy armor
when u learn passive ability to use light armors, u gain what u lost as magician class
ergo u have same attack speed in robes as in light becase u r compensating penalty for not wearing robe by learning passive skill for light armor

For some reason the SS lag is getting worse?  This server has made lots of money and will only continue to make more, let's get this thing upgraded, players won't hang around forever when it's impossible to exp with shot lag.

mb u didnt notice yet, staff doesnt care about server performance as long as $$ keep flooding in

i think u need 1 successful siege in order to set other sieges properly
at least every server that started had at beggining 1 siege where castle was taken and normal siege after that

SS lags on x30 were fixed by:

1st ingnore whinners for 4 months
2nd promise new hardware in next 2 month
3rd buy cheap ram module and claim it was hardware upgrade
4th announce new server
5th ban enough ppl that are not willing to pay for unban until SS lags are gone

After these 5 steps, ss lags are gone, expect same on x5. (HINT: maintenances and banning already started )

with total beast clan u can make nobless in 1 TW for whole clan
last TW on offic, we made 45 badges each and we were 1:30 h sittin on ass

database got larger, more data is more spread over datafiles, u can expect ss lags to be only worse
since database will be only growing not shrinking

x5 all = too many S grade recipes with 0 materials to craft
have fun buying sop/cbp for over 1kk a piece or spend hundreds of hours to create new spoilers for mats u need

this is going to be like on x30, 50% of characters created are 1st,2nd or 3rd class spoilers

chat ban is expiring only when u r ingame, so its 999minutes of ur ingame time
