but it could be also cancelled by SPS during pvps.
keep in mind that noblesse buff can be buffstolen/cancelled by any cancel in the game now in high five.

- server will up exactly with players vote and then die (because no money)
- it will be not as players voted (for example we will have cakes in gm shop - at last only 52% did not want it)
