I'd definetly play a GF+ (epilogue) , or even GF simple. Epilogue has pretty good improvements without ruining most of the game. Hellbound still remains a good place to farm, yet you have some alternatives for dynasty and more places to pvp(but not too many like there are on freya) + the mail system which totally worths. I just don't think they would ever make this, i'm not sure if there are epi off filles out. About nerf yeah... a rush impact chance nerf and LS cooldown increase would boost up the gameplay quality. Just my 2 cents

Last time i tested was in H5 offi PTS. Yes it replaces UE, but UE is still ticking.. it was something like that or more likely this: You use WR/EA, etc. and while you have it on you use UE. It doesn't remove your WR/GH but it will tick in background and if you still have time remaining after WR warns off it will work. Can't remember for sure which situation was but i'm sure i experienced smth like this in retail... you can make some tests that's why you have a dagger, i don't ... If it's not this than i dunno.

If UE had double proc (100+ secs) than it remained long time after WR went off. Mistery cleared. I just can't see where he used UE but most likely at the begining b4 the gates went off or after he got out of hide.

Obviously the skill description is correct and this is how the skill should work. NCsoft are a bunch of retards, they can't translate well, and they also have bugs like this and like macro re-use for example. Since it doesn't work now in high five, than it means they fixed that bug somewhere between gracia final - epilogue - freya - high five. You don't need to have an IQ over 130 to realise this... It's pretty obvious it should work only with blunts, or else it would be too overpowered.
