It seems that he realized the futility of false-reporting me, I guess.

So slowly I'm realizing why all the daily posts about being banned etc. are posted.

While boxing today's morning, I encountered a guy called "Elendeil" who attacked my buffer (who followed my friend) together with my friend on LAN. I told him with my char LegionX AND with Cortana, that I won't attack him back, but he continued...
He attacked my buffer further, at some point it died and a bit later I died too. So I was pissed and logged out.
My friend "Nicekisch" told me that he talked to that "Elendeil" guy and that he said that we were bots. I lol'd.

He said that he'd had screenshots and blablabla and that he'll post on the forums that we are bots

I thought I'd simply be precautious and state my story too because I don't know where he's gonna post his so-called "report".


Really nice I'm farming with my friend and get reported as bot, lol. With false reports like this, it's no miracle that so many players are banned...

It's at the top anyway cuz no one else is posting in other topics.

So funny how all of you guys still don't get the idea behind my original post.
I was just wondering about something that I didn't experience that way so far. NOTHING more. No whining or dipshitting about "omagawd gimme L2J with 10000x rates and instant vesper drops" etc. etc.

If you don't like to help other people, just don't spend time answering on their topics. You say that you don't have to teach me anything, but instead you spend your time trying to flame and lol-troll me to death. Yeah, that time's really better spent that way, I agree (...not).

That's even more pathetic than what I did, and you know it.

Seriously? I'm fucking tired of wannabe lectures from guys who don't even grasp what the guy they're attacking said in the first place.

Apart from that, to point out the senselessness of your post:
No one is gonna write about dance duration or the common effects they have on PvP combat in a guide, because it seems to be basic knowledge (yeah, I got that now).
Knowledge, that a guy who only played on 5 to 7 private servers with ALTERED dance/song durations obviously can't know.

I played on a private server called ROFAL2 back in the days and after that it were L2Hobby and L2Extreme low Rate (maybe someone still knows them). Dances were 10 minutes as I can recall, so I never had it any other way.

Macros, of course I heard of them. But I never saw a greater use for them than trade-shouting. Yeah they can make you 1-click all dances and stuff, but well... guess I'm the type of guy who does things manually more often.

Alright.

What would macros do btw? Apart from trading, I never used macros before. Does it bring some advantages while dual/triple-boxing?

Ok well good that I didn't triple-box already. So let me get this straight before I get banned for doing sth. bad that I wasn't aware of.

Example:
I have 3 clients running. 1 SH, 1 BD and 1 SE. BD and SE follow the SH. All in party. I play the SH and kill the mobs while my other 2 chars only get the xp and run behind my main. When out of Dances/out of mana I sit down with my SH and switch over to the BD and SE and rebuff/recharge.

Is that allowed?

Haha not only is it annoying, but you are also risking getting banned for using 3rd party software because our good GMs apparently never heard of the old good "macro" feature. You certainly wouldn't be first or last

This was actually the first reply that helped understanding the issue. Except for your last sentence. I play L2 on private servers since C1 (with breaks in between) but I never played on your so-called "lol pvp servers with 24 hours buffs/disko/+129 weapons and armors", but yeah... flame on.

Wow guys... like a request for a slight increase in dance/song duration would come ANY close to some random "omg add absolute easy mode to the game" begging.

I'm just asking to minimize an imo slight strain in the game, not for GMs to put everything in my inventory and ding me 85 instantly.

And if you disagree with someone, there are much more mature ways of doing that instead of lol-trolling around. You could actually bring arguments for example, too so that I may be convinced, that it's better the way it is now.

But yeah... I kinda see the next trolling-wave coming so whatever...

I don't know if this has been posted already but... did you ever think about raising the buff duration of dances/songs to, i dunno..., 20 or at least 10 minutes?

It gets really annoying while boxing with a BD and switch the client every 10th mob because dances are gone...

I hope that the general reception of this idea will be positive.

Okay nevermind, I found it.

It's the LS04_F.ogg which can be found in the music folder.

He's talking about the music in the login screen. That russian song.

I was asking myself if there's a way to replace that russian song with the original one, or change it back to the original somehow because I really like the original login screen music more (sorry russian folks )

Any ideas?
