it has been solved, i needed to abonden the quest and then retake it

General Discussion / Problem solved! [Seven Sign Quest]!

hey,.
I have already submitted a ticket,. but I wanted to see if there is anyone but me that having trouble with the seven sign quest?
The 1st time I did it, I failed, I died and went afk, the time reset the instance, well that's ok but, here comes my problem,.
The 2nd time I did it, the NPC server went down, and my summon suddenly disappeared and then the mobs disappeared..
and then the quest items for the PART 5 was gone, this is the part where you get a sword to kill some mobs down in the catacombs,. after this I can't get new items, and the instance will not reset for me,. as I mentioned, I have subbed a ticket to the staff, haven't got any replys yet tho,.
have you been experienced the same problem?
