It is pretty common visual bug. It is not related to the type of the drop, you can get in on anything, no matter if it is a Stem, or a Pailaka instant shield, etc. Don't worry, the items are there. As suggested above, a re-log fixes the issue.

It is called shot lag, and everyone has it. We are having a lot of it, these days. It is normal on overpopulated servers. It is effecting everyone at the same time, no matter what class, or what weapon you use.

I doubt the method you described solves anything. Probably just a coincidence that it "helps", because these lags usually, (if we are lucky) lasts only for few seconds.

Because seven signs didn't start yet, hence you cannot fight for any side, so no participation needed to enter catacombs. Just go there and enter.

You can use catacombs since server start, but there are no seal stone dropping mobs yet.

They fucked this up more in GoD. Basically, if you wasn't 4th class yet, it was easier to re-roll, than get rid of karma.

Probably they cannot do anything. It is not server's fault, this is how instances were implemented in L2, that there is a max limit. So, you need to get lucky, to click at the right time..

I did it on a previous RPG server. It is pretty self explaining. Ofc, you need the subclass. I don't know about level requirements. In my case it was a switch between a lvl81 main and a lvl79 sub. Your level is bound to the class. So in my case I had lvl79 (new) main, and lvl 80 sub after the change. The change to take effect a full server restart needed, it means a casual server restart is not enough. As I remember, I had to wait like 3-4 days for that kind of restart.

He asked about RPG server, not L2. FYI, many private server has custom settings. For example, not restricting sub class level is pretty common.
