In my opinion international server permitting only English in shouts/general chat isn't very international, huh? Why not French? Or German or even Russian... oh wait then you'll say it's French or German or Russian server, but if it's English you'll call it international. Weird, I'd call it English then. So every language is permitted and every nation is welcome is pretty international if you think about it .
