I talked to everyone, killed both water spirits, and the 1st fire spirit. Ill try again tonight. Thank you for the replies.

My Pailaka - Song of Ice and Fire instance is bugged, Fire Spirit Gargos isn't in his room. I saw him when I first went into his room, attacked him, and he disappeared. I have tried letting the instance time out, and he is still not there.

Help please!
