dude I've been checking the online count almost everyday and it was below 1000 only during the night in europe, so i don't know what are you talking about. perhaps you haven't noticed that the number is on the right of the server name not on left, and ou're talking about the x8 and not x30

edit: suprisingly my qouting doesn't work well which is really weirdo, seems that failures happen to this server more than you'd expect

btw if You stop and think for a second how many different thing must have go wrong to screw up as much as this you will find it nearly impossible and i don't think this is the case, and if it is, thats pretty decent reason to pack your things and go find somewhere else

i dare to say it's not becuase all 3 servers x5 x8 x1000 ale probably on the same data center, perhaps even sharing some of the same machines so why only one was affected ?

Maybe I'm weird but always before i do something big on some big pile of data i make a backup of it or at least check when the last one was created.

This situation will probably be spread among the L2 community around the world prooving that this server is not a best choice if you want a stable and good managed server thus leading into far less population with new coming players.

how funny is the coincidence that the server moved to germany 9th april and the newest database is from 10th april, have you had some problems with the western friends ?

curious how it all seemed to work just fine before the downtime, like they couldn't make the backup before taking it down for maintenance.

I'm just wondering what has exaclty happened because such explanations are not sufficient for people who spend much time in those last few weeks and lost everything one day.

As someone already pointed out there were a few fresh clans who started in this time and their chars won't even exist now - I am one of those peope.

I would suggest to wipe and start over the same setup but with x15 ASAP - tommorow or today even, why wait ?
Maybe you can get some people to stay this way and some new to come, otherwise it's just a waste of anyone's time, because such thing very rarely happens on any server and it doesn't convince anyone to join one.

When i fix something I always tell people what's wrong, I don't need reports just a general info what is going to happen and what we might be expecting.

I understand that if your car breaks down then you go to mechanic and you leave it to him, then he keeps it a week it's still not fixed, he doesn't tell you what's wrong and you don't even ask... ok good for you.

that might be, but it would be nice if they could just warn people and tell them what is going on instead of:

oh we are doing something, you don't need to know what but the server will be ofline for god knows how long, oh btw there might be a wipe, or just a 1,5 month rollback , or nothing at all.

You cant find info like a level of your char but you can see on clan list what class you are, if you've made a character in less than last 3 weeks then log in into that account and try to find it, mine all are gone..

There is no general discussion section for x30 so I've made a topic here.

Anyways when you login to https://forumen.rpg-club.net/ and go to the clans section or anywhere where you can get some relevant data you will notice that the information is long outdated.

When i log in onto my account my chars are gone (i've been playing for only about 3 weeks) so it would seem that the server has been rolled back at least 3 weeks (or it just shows some weird data)

Well that might not be the solution as the situation would just simply repeat itself on new server probably just a matter of time.

What I would suggest is to add some S /A grade recipes to the spoil on some specified mobs like ie S grade at forge of the gods and A grade in places like ketra/varka/WOA

Farming gajilions of quest items to obtain a major arcana boots rec for the 8th time when you need a draconic one is just a suck, and without decent grade you can't go to high lvl spots for s80/s84 stuff.

The most powerful clans already have the s80 stuff while others smaller clans still run in common A grades because the stronger ones keep all the sposts for themselves. This will simply lead to emo quit for many people and then only 2-3 clans that mean anything will be left, until they get bored with killing same people over and over again.

In short : if new people won't be able to get a/s grade gear more easily sooner or later there will be less and less players IMO

przez paypala nie moge nic wplacic bo mam blad, ze odbiorca nie moze w chwili obecnej otrzymac srodkow.

Ponadto po przeliczeniu 50SC wedle tamtej stronki wychodzi 10,5USD a nie tak jak tu pisaliscie ze za 200SC powinno byc 11USD
