It's broken, it has to be. Common weapons from homs dropping all over the place and no maj recs? Come on lol, 1 common item is equivalent to 22 recs so there's obviously a serious issue when people are getting MULTIPLE weapons before getting them (if they ever get them?) I have no idea if they even drop, me and my friend have been there for like 5 hours solid alternating between homs and buffalo for nothing. Fuck it I guess, time to go toi.
just my thoughts, but I think its because the mob can only drop a certain amount of different drops, since rate ix x30 its gonna drop most of the stuff early in the table (like mats or parts or the full drops) and will very rarely drop what is prolly at the end of the drop table. Probably if admins remove the mats/parts that drop almost 100% from those mobs the recipes will drop a lot more
