Hello i was banned yesterday because some noob wanted to exp in my place so he submited ticket gm ported to me and started to sitting down my bd and dc it started lagging so i wrtied in chat wtf is happening and he tp me to jail for 8400 mins and when i writed why He shutted down client and cant even log and site says 1400 rur per char for unban
1st he banned me wo reason
2nd 1400 rur and chars were never banned full nobless and basic ban is 700 rur.
3rd when i make ticket why 1400 instead of 700 rur they dont answer me already made 2 tickets

hope someone from there at least answers me
