The last "hair accessory" will be used to charge vit in GC/FOG to MAX. After that u go lvl up and probl. u can re-use it after 12h or 24h etc. (this event item was available on ruoff long time ago)

As for other packages those are "Vitality Lolipops charging your vit instantly" - Am I correct?
