Same problem :
When I try enchant it it says "Does not fit strengthening conditions of the scroll". And I get bonuses at +0. So i dont have any bonuses when i equip it

Looking for active and rly good CP, i have some RURs for shots and other shit and 52 lvl at this moment, i know end game on hige five chronicle, i had hero 3 times, first time playing on sorcerer but its not so different from sps.
