Lets make some maths...
Take a top clan, XXX. Lets say it has 60 members. Since its a top clan, most members will get to know how to dupe, and if they dont they will get the info from some other clan members. That means some of their members will use the advantage to make some serious exploit... i say that 30% seems like a fair percentage. That is: 18 members seriously exploited.
If the admins accomplish what they said (banning half of the cheaters), 9 members of a top clan would be banned, who probably would be some of the most active clan members. Personally, i think thats enough to make a factor clan stop being factor... i bet any clan leader will agree that getting gear isnt as hard as getting active and pro players.
Conlusions, imho:
- If some random exploited and didnt get punished, it wont be noticeable in server.
- If a whole clan exploited and didnt get punished, server is ruined.
- If a whole clan exploited and half of his members got banned, that clan is pretty much dead. So it wont ruin the server either.
If admins can do what they stated, i think we will be fine... not great but good enough for me.
