Hello, is that button even working? Swamp of screams is full of bots I reported one a day ago and he's still botting around. So is it working?
If you wanna report a bot, the best way to do it, is by posting a ticket to our support http://support.rpg-club.net/?language=English
But please, don't expect an immediate reaction. We get dozens of reports like this every hour and right now it's holidays season, so support is really understaffed. But all reported users will be checked in due time and if caught botting, they will be banned and all items/accounts locked.
When I report bots by ticket they say "use bot report action in game actions".
The trust is, the server now is free to bot.
The most common action is "one char, 7 bots" in a train

Other bot type, adena pickup (yellow clotches guys in pavel ruins and in some other places)

Server must control bots, GM must open "ban season" in twitch tv every week.
