Hello, i just transfered 50 ingame RUR for 25 website RUR (in website it shows that i have 25 RUR), but when i try to buy +window it says no coins... Any Help?

When i do offline shop with my box dwarf (l2 closes) and try to log in into my main it says max windows reached. It was working fine 3 hours before and now it is like that? Any help??
