Opened a ticket right after your post and I still did not receive an answer.

I have forgotten the secret word for one of my accounts and I cant log in the Control panel.
What is the way to recover it?

There's this clan I'm in , called DarkAvengers, leader is Ayato.
The clan is lvl 7with some clan skills, we also have Rune CH and constantly battle for fortresses.
There's lots of people, but dont expect much clan parties since we are mostly DDs or Healers so we have to run around with boxes if so.
But there's always nice to be able to chat in English and stuff like that.

Those that were on online shop got the reward as well.

Yo, every time I have a problem with people spamming Russian (because, hell, they assume that every player invited in the party speaks russian) I just simply state: please use English when talking to me 'cause I dont understand russian. And they usually do, It's not like you need to have rocket-science conversations wtih them during some instance-farming or just normal grinding. Buff, heal and stuff like that - everybody understands.
If you feel the need for English conversations, there's a huge ally with about 300 people of English-speaking players.

I understand, from reading the comments, that right now the clan is full, but maybe when you'll get to level it, i might find a place with my main, at least, although I'm playing both of the classes at the same time.

Just take screen of payment on PayPal and make ticket. You will have it done until tomorrow.

Is it supposed to take more time to get the RUR? I'm currently waiting for 15 minutes.

Can we have a certainty that the server will run at least for an year and maybe latter on consider another merge with some other servers of yours?

I'm looking for an English speaking clan that recruits all classes and doesn't take into consideration the playtime, since I won't be having a regular one, though it might be about 4-5h a day.
