Please i need an admin here, i donated for 100 rur to my account (character name paulrudd) but when i logged in my account to the website i had 0 rur...
The transaction was completed, and i even got an email from paypal that it was completed at my email.
I have made another post in the forum about this and a moderator told me to make a ticket, i made a ticket but i got no response after 3 days, can we somehow resolve this matter? thanks!!

Hello i made a donation to my account 100rur but when i log in the website it says 0 rur... character name paulrudd,the payment went through normaly, i also have email from paypal that it happened.
