im sorry for posting here but i seem to be unable to find a way to start a new thread in the support section 

I am having an issue,that when i get to the create new character screen of the HF client(downloaded it from the site) i start loading the create character screen,i hear the narator saing - first you have to create your character (only the first sentence) and than the game (l2.exe) stops working before i have even gotten to the screen where the human is shown

i am using windows 10 (dx12) and i've downloaded dx9c,installed it and selecter use legacy something in the control panel - still no effect

please help,or help me out to start new topic tnx very much

Remove your system folder entirely and update files with updater.

i did exactly that thing and now the game runs with probably half the fps it had before i removed the folder and updated

yeah,some ally told me to delete the system and do full check,still got 1 crash after that,than it seems its allright,but now my client runs worse(lower fps)

think ill have to reinstall the client

okay today for first time i crashed,in aden,anywhere i try to port from gk/soe to some town i get crash,atleast 5 times before i can  get there

what the hell???

The way ddos on login works is, it targets different areas. Some countries have advantage logging in, some can't.

We don't decide what countries get lucky.

but you might wanna add this small info in the DDOS thread because i dont think lots of people will search for such thing here

all my cp is online leveling and doing quests and im here wating for a word from the admins about the login server....

cmon ppl you reply to "something else" low priority questions via contact support in 20mins max,you can atleast write 2 lines here and shed abit more light on the login server issues.

ps:i log i get dc'd in 5mins and now i cant log again,my cp has no problems coz fk me!

GMT+2 is my native time,i can play alot.
