Use nevits. When you are about to reach 100% in nevits bar, go GC, spank once mobs while ppl are killing them and when nevits kicks in vita will go to lvl 4 if u find a decent party killing.
Buy a 3hs hat and go farm, you get 20 mins of vita lvl 4. After it goes down again to lvl 2, check nevits, kill until it's about 95% full, go GC, repeat.

That will get you going with high vita for a few hs.

Yes it's fun and it has a lot of people. Language is a big issue though.

Attribute applies to melee pet dmg even if it is not the element from their skills. For example, with 150 fire AM on a pony, you'd still get 75% (or 80% (?) depends on chronicle) for melee dmg but 0 attribute added to hydro screw.

Check with a different mob, probably it is a resist issue but it should add to melee dmg even if it is not fire elem in your case.

If you are asking that question, then you are probably under lvl 40 with no class change to phantom summoner. After lvl 40 with  2nd class change, reuse is a few seconds. Before lvl 40 and on 1st class reuse is huge.

The only way to get a very fast reuse before 2nd class change is during the summoner quest for class change, npc will give you a few seconds buffs so reuse is almost instant. Besides that, you will have to wait a long reuse or nuke your way untill 2nd change.

Sometimes I can't login while I hear my CP saying login is up for them or have weird lags and check my connection and it's fine.

Sometimes it happens on one client but the others (on same PC) are fine. I checked and each has 1 cpu affinity so they can run smoothly and more than 6gb free of ram. Both clients also standing in the same town and close by.

I heard also ppl complaining about it in game. It's not all the time, but often. Whenever I hear it I'll ask ppl to come and add a +1 here so we can check if it is from a specific area, or time or wtv that can help.

Also, it's not by IP but by PC. I can log 2 accounts and my bf can log other 2 even when my PC tells me max window reached.

If one is just a buffer (like each 20 mins) ask a friend if he can keep it logged for you to get the xp on all chars.

I understood he was talking about spoil rates since he mentions "retail or custom" on his post and that he only got 1 pattern after 20 mobs from the only mob that turned blue.

with spoil you have two different things: spoil skill landing and spoil chances for items.

For spoil skill landing, it depends on your lvl and mobs lvl. As they said before, make sure you get the message "spoil condition has been activated." This should happen almost all the time with spoiler 68 and mob 70.

When the mob had the spoil condition activated and it dies, then you start considering chances for items (you level doesn't matter for this part, you can sweep lvl 85 mobs with lvl 15 spoiler). Since most spoils are not 100% some mobs might not turn blue. You can sweep them but no item will come.

For the lvl u say and the item I think you are spoiling bone slayers (or more mobs) in fod. That mob for example, its best rate (in a 3x server) is 1 in 5 for dc helm part. This means 4 times out of 5 it will not even go blue containing this item (the other have lower rates, so just consider this one as example).

If you are spoiling mobs with low rate for spoil (you can check this on the mob's hp window here), most times it will not go blue. Remember it's 3x only.

ye because everyone is clicking pick up button when there is nothing on the ground  and how will relog help if it's client problem  not even gonna mention that they told him to do update before and you  have to repeat it to look so smart

Oh snap... just do search on forum and see other ppl had the same issue and that actually made them see the items... Relogging makes u see the items you picked up because you actually did pick them up. He cannot see most of the drops but some you see, so you click pick, also if u are in pt, other ppl can pick for you.

If you cannot add something useful and you only confuse ppl, don't post on this section please. This is not flame forum.

Check if you have processes running from l2. Sometimes they get stuck on background.

Maybe think that this is a free 2 play server from a game which is something people do to have fun?

Yeah it went down for a few hours, so what? Ofi goes down every damn wednesday for hours. If it's down, go grab a beer with friends, go outside or even play another game.

And about compensation.. it can be fun to have a 2x weekend, but compensation for what? For playing on a free server? For being addicted to a game and not being able to withstand 8hs without it? Instead of vita weekend I'd give out free shrink sessions 

And if you really really really need to know what happened use google translate on the rus forum, sometimes there is some info there. Though for a crash at middnight, I'd say just go to bed or go outside

There are announcements that are only in RU, the ones that come around once in a while in light blue while you are playing (usually a link follows). Maybe those could be translated too? Are those banned ppl or something? Some have nicknames on them.

Happened to me too and not only once. They just replace you with whoever comes that speaks RU. Once they even had a partymatching room looking for a replace WHILE I was in the pt (thx for the translation thread, that's how I found out).
Haven't seen such a racist community ever...

I do agree that since the server is in Russia most users will be from there, but even announcements are in Russian so it's not international server, it just supports NPC dialog in both, English and Russian.
