1. people need time to spread word about rpg opening server.

2. RPG need wait other ru h5 servers getting old enough so they can jump onto rpg club server.

only real reason is number 2.

90% of the players who will join played in previous rpg servers and everyone knows the cycle.
plus they used to open gracia final in october every year.

I wrote it when the x3 instead of x7 and you can all see the long term results of that.

Everyone of you asking for x1 cannot understand that the higher rates are your friend.
You can't compete the russians on x1 , you probably wont compete on x7 but the gap will be smaller.

Also many people played on retail 10 years ago.We dont live the same life anymore.We cant be 24/7 in front of the screen.
Thats why people vote for x7. And last year rpg didnt respect our votes.
Instead they opened x3 which now has 300 online...

I hope they respect our votes now and ignore all the nobodys who just wanna get stomped by the russians.

P.S. Open the server in Octomber for the love of god.What are we supposed to do for so long.

You dont understand that x10 rates are your friend
the lower the rate the bigger the gap between you and the top russians will be.

for people that dont want to or cannot go no life , x10 is a perfect rate.
you can reach endgame easily while enjoying low rate retail material.

Every single guy that asked x1 or x3 rates for HF will achieve litterally nothing if the server opened in this rates.
For the top russian clans with their numbers and other stuff they use   x1,x3,x5 makes no difference.

To sum up. your only hope to play decent pvp and oly is x10.

Competition keeps servers alive.

Edit: As the guy above me also says. Since we voted x5-x10 any change on this rates will dissapoint much more people than if they remained like this
