It is possible to make global/trade chat 5 sec or 10? for example "if someone wanna sell something,simply he make macro and use it non stop" my suggestions is increase it to 5 or better 10 sec.

keep trying,sometimes it happen too me aswell but after 15+- minutes i log without problem
