I don't understand - what do you expect when you join a server called " RPG CLUB - RUSSIA"? They even have a Russian flag in their logo...
If you join their party and you don't like it - leave , because it is their party so they make up the rules. It is their free choice and right to speak to you in what ever language they like. At the same time you can  make your own and demand everyone speaking English- go ahead.
And btw "International" as for the server means that there are English client and support available. They can not, and should not limit the language spoken by players in game. Same as they will not limit Polish, Spanish, Greek or any other lanuage on shout (I have seen enough of that here also).

Yea, it wasn't.  Someone from support team wrote it  on RU forum in the discussion thread. But there was no official announcement on RU side either (I mean as a seperate topic, so everyone could see).
Guess knowing RU is an asset on this server

If you would check Russian forum, you would see that there is no way that the server will be empty. It will be huge.

I am looking for a CP with evening prime (18:30 -0:00 GMT +3) as EE/SE/archer/mage or we can discuss. Also I can play from work when I have free time, so in total I play for around 10+h a day.
I can donate if needed and use voice communication. I can speak both English and Russian.
I will not play as 10th member or driver, so don't even ask.

I am looking for a group of people that are mature, with stable online and good knowledge of the chronicle.
