You are probably using an older client , and u just updated it with the launcher. Try reinstall a fresh high five client.

There is always like that but depends on your play time and style.
If u are a hardcore player that wanna be with the top 100 then u have to be in a russian clan ( remember that u play on a russian server afterall).
If u wanna have fun and just play Lineage choose a EU/NA clan. Atm there is none that can beat up the russians for sure.

They don't leave after 3 weeks c'mon. Other decent clan is Apocalypse (not hardcore nolife clan but they are a good clan that u can reach end game with)

If there is no PVE , pvp gets boring very fast , only 9v9 matches (it's fun for like 1 week) and 2 per month sieges and teritory wars.
