Like What epics u mean dude?, Jewels means not the Epic jewels and with the special items i mean those quest items u need for baium and so on.

What about making this:

8x pvp server 
armor / weps at shop till A grade(able to buy wth cash) -> S+ (donate)?
Shots (donate), arrows at shop?
Jewels till A at shop, S+ (donate)?
Special Q items for bosses etc(donate)?
1st / 2nd / 3rd for adena, Subclass, Noblesse (donate)?
Soulcrystals for A grade at shop for S+ (Donate)?

do u really think they care? their goal is to get some bucks out of this project.

How would they get their bucks without having any people there?

Farming is a part of the game, wich increase the economy and allow to create items.. No mats -> No gear -> No pvp, only the ppl wich donated have gear, but when ppl donated for stuff ++++, the non donaters will leave in a sec and than u can say bye bye new comming 8x server and bye bye people

Quest rate x5? with 100%? that means 200 mobs in IT? That will take more than days to craft eq. We have to craft S weapon, make mats for 60% craft. Then it will be problem with s gr recipes etc. etc.

U don't have to craft S at all.. A is good enough to have some nice pvp, A will take some days but what is l2 without crafting and farming mats? it's a part of the GAME!

The ppl wich aren't going to donate: How do they get their mats to create items? If 50% of the server is donated there will be no mats to craft items so it's kinda useless to start here for the 'not' donaters wich are going to play here.

The Donation list sucks hard.

8x Server with full items 0.0
I prefer to have a low Rate pvp server with a normal economy but easy to get armor and weapons so it's also a PVP server.. Ofc the are needed donations but not in this way.. (server got killed by the donations)
