Just inform staff what is going on and what problems are not creating a full discussion about player`s mentality  and their way to behave.

Will be way better to inform ppl about progress on the work for solving this problems

Than close the forum and leave only Russian forum active.
If you dont have direct way for comunication with staff to report problems and have info for solution than is organisation problem not players problem.

So a moderator coming and making poor attempts to flame players for reporting server problem is not actualy a right thing to do

always had time to play it, maybe not more like in past, but now is different.
I didnt expected to have so much work and be so bussy and decided to quit and not  waste time of rest of ppl in clan when i am not able to play active and lead it.
A whole week of freezes also helped alot for this but wasnt main reason.
