This was the official respons.. i posted a half a page with printscreens and i explaind the hole thing.
He gave me 1 line in return.
Hope this helps future players that want to start here to undestand its a waste of time and money to play a russian server where the staff acts and behaves like this.

Cna i ask why you jus banned us?
A full 9 man party in mos pulling a single mob out of a room talkin on the chat / party chat / talkin to you talkin on team speak And you call us bots?
There where not eaven a single box in the party... I understand the staff is getin frustrated coz of the fact that bots are overwelming the server but this is not an excuse to just simply ban ppl, randomly.

I hope you get to see this, coz from what i understand the staff dose not read the forum that often.
