Nadeszly czasy ze bardzo ciezko jest przeciwdzialac programom (bot). Nawet jesli jest zrobiona oslona developerzy robia szybki update aby ja obejsc, do tego roznorodnosc programow jest ogromna. Jesli macie jakies sensowne propozycje prosze pisac do supportu. Jesli nie to zglaszajcie boty, sa dwie opcje pisac do supportu "bot report" albo przycisk w grze. Przycisk w grze jest bardzo uzyteczny, poniewaz jesli ktos byl clickniety to bedzie go juz widac caly czas na liscie. Lista jest sprawdzana i czyszczona codziennie. Nic nie umknie. Pytania pm lub jesli mnie nie ma (czesto mnei nie ma, siedze w supporcie) to icq.

Pay attention to ur inventory, if u made any transactions. There have been many bans for rmt and scam, you could have purchase scammed items = action taken to return items to owner and adena is returned.

I am not fully sure what u mean, but there isnt such settings, but for any kind of manual changes u can always ask in support. Cant guarantee they will help you, but doesnt cost to try.

We had that situation before, ppl were pulling mobs to the fort outside. HGM said it is okey as long as moobs stay inside loa, but is illegal to take them outside. If u still think is unfair make a complaint in support.

keep the proof of trade, but it never happened before, there is one problem only, when u trade acc there is high chance person will scam u on the way, and we dont take responsibility

Support exist for sole purpose of any issiues u have ig, including bot report. There is around 400 tickets with bot reports per day, and max 3 checkers obviously it takes time to check everything and answer everyone. If u want to be helpful dont bother writing stories, coz i have to check person anyway no matter what u write, screenshots is a big pain coz it require us to rewrite names instead of just copy, if u check 500 chars believe me u will start ignoring screenshots. Same with frapses we need to check person anyway so just give us names and /loc and thats all its needed.

The only exception is bot use during pvp then we need a fraps with proper detailed explanation to be able to take action.

When I report bots by ticket they say "use bot report action in game actions".
What is this? Never seen anything like that in any ticket. Mb u missunderstand what we tell u. Its about ticket being made under name "bot report" so it is visiable between milion of other tickets.

Also dont post names here, i got enough tickets in support to check and replay.

Bot hunt is complete random action which can happen at any time of day and night with twitch on or off. And it happenes everyday believe me, if u will open ban section on web u will see that names are keep poping up all the time.

So u are the one who flood support? One ticket is more than enough we check it not necessarly reply but we do, sooner or later u will get ur reply, use one ticket only for multiply reports. It is better for u too as we see ur progress and u may be rewarded. The thing is if everyone would make one ticket per person instead of 9000 we would have 200 tickets not 400, also if u make 3 tickets and repeat same names, there is high chance that i will check all this chars 3 times coz i will not remember what i banned 100 ppl ago and waste my time, so please use ur head and make it easier for us so we can make it easier for u.

ur probably being check for use of soft^^ which means u were reported by someone or ur under the location random check, if it happened twice i bet for first option

U need to write to support. They will have a knowledge how it should work, and if need will fix it.

And anyway if its real few ppl in party i will not ban a full random party, unless circumstance is specific and i have no other option. In this case i would prefer to ban just botters. As i said before everything depends on case.

I don't know what's the point of discussing server rules. U don't like them then move on somewhere else, I have to comply no matter what I think. And only thing I can do is treat it  more or less strict. So carry on keep ur cries but I'm afraid it's pointless.

To answer the question about mass bans.

Server is overloaded daily with 13-15 k players, there are non stop at least 100 of bot report tickets in support, some of them contain already 100 reported names. When there is loads of players, there are loads of bots, there are loads of reports, there are loads of bans. I am sure none of u wants to play between bots autotargetting ur mobs. That is why we spend hours to check as many names as possible everyday. And i will repeat it again, if there is even a bit of doubt if bot is used or not, there will be no ban and person will be rechecked later, until there is enough evidence. Server rules are simple be aware of them, so u will not be shocked when u get ban. However i am human zbn is human, we can talk like humans u just need to be human urself when confronting us.

Well its kind of complicated, i should ban full party no matter if its random or not. But in reality it depends, every case is different and i check every single player in party. If majority is on bot even if its random party i will ban everyone however in description of ban i will have detailed information about player. So if such person makes complaint i can view it and judge what to do next. At the beginning it was very hard on everyone but now after lots of complaints we try to treat it a bit more individually, however rules stay the same so full party ban.

Its h5 cant expect much
