I dont sell my char, check log.  my email is still mine. And never be change. So stupid reason.

Hello, I have very big problem. My character is gone after the serwers fusion,. I dont log in serwer few months, and now when i want back to game, i cant play, my boxes exist but main no. oO When i want create new character with this same Nick, i cant because name is alredy exist. I dont what to do.  Admins help me
