Seal of Limit (Debuff over)
For 5 minutes, blocks CP/HP/MP recovery of nearby enemies by 70%.
Are decreasing 100%, with this debuff ON ppl healing 0 HP. I think the same of CP/ MP check it.

Isso aqui é morto pq não tem side br pra competir com os maluco ai, então a minoria que está aqui prefere entrar nos sides já existentes.
