On last rpg they banned one of top parties, who was botting in soa. They were making billions daily and it was supposed to be permanent ban, in 2 days they were all unbanned for rurs.
1-2 hours of their botting was enough to buy these rurs .  

You need 55th lvl and evolve it on "Improved kookaburra".

If you wanna level it fast, you need same level as kooka.
Just make new nuker, take it on 25th lvl and until you hit 52 on nuker, she will have 55th level.

GMs changed their minds, its not permanent anymore, just 5x more expensive and as they said, they were making 4kkk per night, so its not so big deal for them.

Btw: noone from these chars on screens got ban. Another 2 parties were banned, so it seems that even forum topics arent working.

I dont have problem with russian players, but I have problem with chat, because they can use their symbols in chat. And with this setup you cant even use /findprivatestore.

So dont use cakes in fog, save them to DV and you wont have billions people there.
